The official website of CBSE NEET UG 2018 is cbseneet.nic.in. Application form is to be available on that website only.
NEET 2018 application form is looked forward to be available in the month of January 2018 only. Last year the form was released on January 31st exam was held on May 7th.
This year since the exam is on May 6th, therefore form is expected to be available around January 31st only.
